I have only the faintest notions about site feeds, but this looks like one. And the first to register on my site meter, which for me has been a major source of entertainment over the last few years.
Brian, they confuse me, too. I have a egoing from my blog to my facebook site, but I wouldn't want a feed coming onto my computer. I just don't understand them well enough to know how they don't open my computer to other things coming in, too.
