This MUST have been said before ...
TV, the movies, rock and pop music -- we speak of these as popular culture. Does that make poetry unpopular culture?

Well, there's pop art and unpop art--which is a very recent banner describing material that is similar to being politically incorrect. (Google for it, if you're unfamiliar--you'll probably get a kick out of some of the record albums they've listed at the official site!)
Very interesting (I feel like saying "but stupid", but it's not so stupid!) When I'll get around to it, I'll post the link. Can always count on you for interesting feedback. Thanx again.
