A must-read
Here's one of the most interesting articles I've read in years: Steven Pinker's "The Moral Instinct". Raises all sorts of questions on the slippery basis of our moral judgments; also delineates some brilliant criteria to evaluate the same. Don't miss, also, the letters in response to the article by the likes of Peter Singer and others.

But I read the article and I agree it's a very very good point of view, I said beautiful even, because I think so....you know me I won't say something if I don't think so...but I don't understand your "remarque" I really meant it ! Oh, I see, I thought that you were responding to the prose poem I posted below (Perseid Shower) -- for which I asked for feedback, which I haven't gotten.
