I'm flying to Vancouver tomorrow for the League of Canadian Poets' Annual Conference/Fest. There I'll take part in AGM-type meetings, seminars, readings and book launches -- including another launch of Passenger Flight. Will spend a few days afterwards visiting the town. May I have at least one afternoon on one of it's many beaches -- although the forecast looks a little cool yet. I'll be visiting a few relatives there -- including an uncle (who I haven't seen since I was about 15) who celebrated his hundredth birthday this year!

I have read with interest your very comprehensive list of journals & reviews. I'm the poet and composer who heard you read at ArtBar in Toronto a few weeks ago and was introduced by Ross M. -- have been enjoying the style, range and wit in Passenger Flight. Love the clouds in Blowze and elsewhere. (My dad was a meteorologist!)
Have a nice trip over there Brian. It seems that you've visited Edmonto, St-John and now Vancouver, since I've known you. Make sure your uncle fells good though, 100 years...this is something !!! Or.....shpuld I say Bloody scottish people....kidding you.
